Mission Statement
Pennco Homes provides full service Home Construction from concept thru to
owner occupancy by listening to the client and exceeding their expectations
in the timely delivery of quality homes. In partnership with
Pennco
Engineering, our combined staff can address any need that can arise
during the planning and ultimate construction phase of the client’s project.
Pennco Homes strives to deliver a challenging workplace environment that
provides opportunities for growth for our employees in the application of
their skills. For our related sub trade partners, we strive for a strong
partnership and are fair in our demands and expectations in meeting the
client’s needs.
Area Served
Pennco Homes provides home construction services throughout the Central
Kootenay region consisting of Nelson including the North Shore, the West Arm
of Kootenay Lake including Balfour, Harrop and Proctor, Kaslo, South Slocan
and Crescent Valley including Slocan Valley, Salmo, and Castlegar. In
addition, we can provide our custom design services for many other
